Cancellation policy
Some items in our shop may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or for testing before purchase. These cancellation terms explain how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are securely stored. Each delivery is billed unless you pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there, you can manage your subscription. Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock but will be available soon. We may not charge payment or may charge a partial payment at checkout, save your payment method, and then process and collect the full or remaining payment at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. Test before purchase
If you buy an item to try out, we will authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You have a certain amount of time to decide whether to keep the item. If the deadline passes and you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
