Return your order within the deadline
Should the robot not meet your requirements or not be the right model for your home, you have the option of returning the robot to us within the return period.
How does the product return process work?
- Before returning the item, please contact our customer service department and announce your return.
- We will review and confirm your return.
- Only after our confirmation do we ask you to return your order with sufficient postage to the following address:
- Please enclose a copy of the delivery note and, if necessary, a short letter with the shipment and check the package for completeness.
- Upon receipt of the return, we will check your package for completeness and then initiate the creation of the credit note and, depending on the payment method you used for the order, the refund.
