Wybotics Service & Repair – How It Works at Your NIVAROQ

Your Wybotics pool robot suddenly stops working even though the swimming season is in full swing? Don’t worry. We are here for you – with quick help, clear procedures, and personal support. Whether it’s a warranty case or a repair outside the warranty period.

Within the Manufacturer’s Warranty

In many cases, the fastest way is to contact the manufacturer’s service of Wybotics directly. The specialized support teams will help you quickly and easily – often even without you having to send in the robot.

Our tip: Also take a look at the user manual of your device. It contains many valuable tips on installation, maintenance, error messages, and cleaning – small problems can often be solved directly this way. We offer the user manual as well as the quick-start guide as a PDF download on the product detail page of the respective model.

Important note:
Please send us:

  • A brief description of the problem
  • A photo or video (optional)
  • A copy of your purchase receipt

If your robot does need to be sent in for repair, we will organize free return shipping under the warranty. Important: Please do not send unpaid packages – unfortunately, we have to charge a processing fee of 25 CHF for these.

Repairs Outside the Warranty

Even after the (usually two-year) warranty expires, we won’t leave you alone. If your Wybotics pool robot needs to be checked and possibly repaired, we will gladly provide you with a cost estimate.

A flat fee of 50–70 CHF applies for the technical analysis – even if no repair is carried out or you decide against it.
