Service and repair outside the manufacturer’s warranty

Repairs and cost estimates outside the warranty period

Generally, there is a 2-year warranty period (from the date of purchase) on the robots at NIVAROQ. If you send your product in for inspection and possible repair after the warranty period has expired, we charge a cost estimate fee of 50–70 CHF. You are responsible for these costs even if your product is not repaired or cannot be repaired afterwards.
