Service and repair outside the manufacturer’s warranty

Repairs and cost estimates outside the warranty period

Normally, the warranty period for the robots is two years (starting from the purchase date). If you send your product after this warranty has expired for inspection or possible repair, a fee for the cost estimate of 50 to 70 CHF will be charged. You must pay these costs even if your product cannot be repaired or is not repaired afterwards.
